These purchasing terms apply to orders placed through lorvemav.com together with the displayed Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment & Security information, and applicable product details.
1. Operator
lorvemav™ is owned and operated by Tianjin Xinyitong Technology Co., Ltd. Our full business details are published below.
2. Product Selection
Review dimensions, quantities, variants, materials, intended applications, included components, and care or heat limitations before purchase. Minor display or finish variation does not excuse material misdescription or supplying the wrong item.
3. Price and Payment
The storefront and checkout display the applicable currency, prices, shipping charges, and relevant taxes or other charges. Review the final total. You must be authorized to use your selected payment method. Genuine errors are handled as permitted by law, with appropriate communication and payment resolution.
4. Order Acceptance
An order submission is an offer to purchase. Automated acknowledgements or payment authorizations do not alone mean fulfillment is complete. We may review payment, stock, addresses, suspected fraud, or genuine errors. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we communicate and handle captured payments appropriately.
5. Processing and Delivery
Standard processing is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, up to 5 business days during peak periods. Estimated U.S. transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch, separate from processing. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. For any other offered destination, obtain the applicable estimate before ordering. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot dispatch an order within the promised shipment period, we will notify you, explain the revised timing, and offer the applicable choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. We obtain consent where required. A cancellation or refund required for a shipping delay is separate from a preference return and is not conditional on receiving returned goods.
6. Delivery Problems
Report substantially delayed or missing parcels to service@lorvemav.com with order and tracking details. A Delivered scan alone does not automatically settle a legitimate dispute. We review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate resolution rather than disclaim all responsibility after carrier handover.
7. Returns and Refunds
Request eligible preference returns within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery by emailing service@lorvemav.com with your order number, item, reason, and relevant evidence. Obtain approval and the return address before sending merchandise. Customers pay preference-return postage unless law requires otherwise; approved returns have no restocking fee. Verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items attributable to us receive an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by our error. For approved returned merchandise, we initiate refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Banks may need additional posting time. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
8. Cancellation
Contact support as soon as possible. A successful cancellation before fulfillment has no cancellation fee. Preparation or dispatch may prevent operational cancellation, without removing any separate mandatory rights.
9. Safe Product Use
Follow the product’s attachment, adjustment, compatibility, and care instructions. Check strap connections before playing, avoid excessive clamping pressure, and do not use cleaners on unapproved finishes. Keep small parts away from children. Do not treat a soft pouch as an impact-rated case. This guidance does not excuse defective or misdescribed goods.
10. Intellectual Property and Conduct
Original branding, text, graphics, and other materials may be protected by applicable rights. Unauthorized commercial copying, fraud, malicious code, unlawful use, and interference with store security are prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
11. Consumer Rights and Responsibility
Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or remedies. Responsibility is determined under applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. No universal product warranty duration is created by these terms.
12. Updates and Contact
Effective date: October 16, 2026. Updates apply prospectively as permitted by law and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Contact service@lorvemav.com with questions or order disputes.
